Hi Lyndsey,
I so understand your situation. I too gave up sugar 3 months ago. It was easy in the beginning because I don't really crave sugar. I am a protein/salt craver. However, I was under tremendous stress one week and gave in and wow... I went absolutely overboard eating things I would just not normally eat. I felt like I was in starvation mode for anything sugar. Now back on the wagon, I felt better. Stress has everything to do with how we manage ourselves. It's so important to recognize the signs and have a plan when we get to the point of relenting.
I am a health coach and I share with my clients that if you eat GOOD chocolate, 75%+ cacao if will definitely help starve off the sugar craving. Cacao is a superfood and has tremendous benefits to our health. So don't deny, invest in expensive chocolate. Your body will crave the good things you put in to it.
Good Luck!

Hi Lynsey, I just wanted to let you know that I have a degree in music majoring in flute, and an education degree and I'm not using EITHER! I wish someone told me about direct sales sooner because I will soon be making more money than I would be teaching. I always got the impression growing up that you needed a University degree to make a decent wage and this is simply just not the truth!! Thank you for everything you do. I heard you on the MInd Aware teleseminar series and you've helped me become so successful. THANK YOU!

Hi Lyndsey
I soo understand what you are talking about!
For me it has been a 30 year history of yo yo dieting. The truth is I always lost the weight for something outside of myself. Perhaps the next event or for my husband (Not that he has ever commented, it has been the chatter in my head)
This time I am doing it to honor my own personal temple, my body. I understand I can recreate wealth yet on re examining that vision, would I really want money without health? No way. So my motivation to make a life change is very self focused. I now believe I am worthy to look and feel good, big break through for me. Thanks for sharing from your heart keep it up!

Hi Lyndsey,

I am in awe of your transformation and your courage. Not only for going forward but also for sharing this raw state for all to see and learn from.

Perhaps you can blog about how you managed your shift over the two years. I for one would love to learn more.

Much Love to you and your family,

Lil
